Alex is a part-owner and trainer here at AK Performance. His passion for fitness and nutrition started at a young age. Alex also has an impressive background and education in competitive sports such as hockey, soccer, basketball, and boxing. If you want to take your fitness journey to the next level, Alex is your guy.

Karley is a part-owner and trainer here at AK Performance, alongside Alex Sauve. She grew up being active on many levels; including playing softball and soccer - Karley was also a gymnast! Once involved in her post-secondary education, Karley studied many levels of health and fitness. As another passion, she works at Underdogs Rescue for Bully Breeds.

Cody has experience in helping people gain strength and overall performance in the gym. She has a love for sport performance and helping athletes improve their agility, power and speed. Cody is a certified trainer, nutrition coach and Certified Sport Performance Specialist. Her background is in sports, Bodybuilding and horseback riding.

Trudy is our weight loss and group fitness powerhouse. Her fitness journey started with losing 112lbs and translated into helping others achieve their own healthy lifestyle goals. Trudy has been involved in many aspects of fitness throughout her entire life, gaining experience and certification in many realms along the way.
