Karley is a part-owner and trainer here at AK Performance, alongside Alex Sauve. She grew up being active on many levels; including playing softball and soccer - Karley was also a gymnast! Once involved in her post-secondary education, Karley studied many levels of health and fitness. As another passion, she works at Underdogs Rescue for Bully Breeds.

McKenna Kinney

McKenna’s certifications and experience in both sports and general training make her an ideal match for whatever your fitness goals. If you’re new to training, or just want to take your performance to the next level, McKenna has you covered! She has a background in rugby at the college at the university level, and even is even certified to train the Canadian Armed Forces.

Cody is a certified trainer, nutrition coach and Certified Sport Performance Specialist. Her background is in sports, Bodybuilding and horseback riding.
